Fluency Center, established as a partnership firm in 2004, is now exclusively owned by Mangalaprathaban Muralidharan, an alumnus of the prestigious EFL University (formerly CIEFL) in Hyderabad. With over six years of experience in collegiate education, he shifted his focus to training and development. During his tenure at Jansons India in Coimbatore, he explored global certifications in English, training participants at Jansons India - Academy for Global Education in various exams like IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, GRE, MAT, CAT, and GMAT. His guidance has helped numerous professionals, including doctors, achieve international certifications, and many of his students have secured positions in renowned organizations across the UK, USA, New Zealand, Canada, Japan, Singapore, and other countries. He continues to inspire aspirants aiming for international scholarships.
He serves on the boards of studies for several autonomous colleges and universities in India and has developed corporate training programs for companies like Cognizant Technology Solutions, CALMET, VAS, Universal Radiators, Magna Castings, Hashagile Pvt Ltd, and Reasons Technologies (now part of Q4). He is also a textbook editor, with his latest series, "Perfect English," and another series, "Practical English Grammar and Composition," both published by Amaira Publishers in New Delhi.

Fluency Center, an ETS-authorized TOEFL consultancy, provides intensive TOEFL training and test preparation programs for GRE, GMAT, IELTS, PTE Academic, Aptis ESOL, Aptis, and TKT for English teachers. With experts educated at EFL University and RIESI, the center’s corporate training programs have transformed participants from various multinational companies, while its curriculum development solutions have supported over forty international schools and several universities and colleges. He has served as the Team Leader for Oral Examiners of Cambridge Assessment for various international certifications in India and was deputed as an IELTS examiner with the British Council. Several of his textbooks are used in more than nine countries, including India, China, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Mauritius, Singapore, Maldives, Bhutan, and Malaysia.
